Accounting Advisory - Senior Associates & Manager

If you are an auditor who wants to see more than one company's books, this is worth a look. Pay is competitive and includes profit sharing. Openings are at the Senior Associate, Associate Manager and Manager levels across many U.S. metro areas.

What you'll do

• Work on IPO readiness, merger and acquisition, and carve-out projects inside large corporate clients
• Take on a mix of assignments, industries and roles instead of a single repeating engagement
• Apply U.S. GAAP and FASB standards to complex accounting and financial reporting questions
• Build working relationships with clients, firm leadership and peers
• Get involved in business development and recruiting as you grow with the local office

What they're looking for

• CPA or progress toward the CPA
• 2+ years of external audit experience at a large CPA firm, including at least one busy season as a senior
• Strong command of U.S. GAAP and FASB rules and standards
• Advanced Excel skills, such as macros and pivot tables
• Big 4 audit background preferred
• Corporate accounting or finance experience at a large public company is a plus but not required
