AP Manager

A mid-sized aerospace & defense company is looking for an AP Manager to take full ownership of accounts payable across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role where you run the whole process, from the first invoice to the payment run, and support the close along the way.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end accounts payable across the company's entities
• Manage invoice intake and coding
• Handle vendor onboarding, including W-9 and ACH setup
• Run payment cycles accurately and on schedule
• Support accruals as part of the month-end close

What they're looking for

• Accounts payable experience, ideally owning or leading the function end to end
• Working knowledge of invoice coding, vendor setup and payment processing
• Comfort supporting accruals and the month-end close
• Ability to manage AP across more than one entity
• A detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of process and controls
• Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA
